PIONEER TAMARIND COURT brings to the table, a promising investment opportunity that makes owning a property easier without digging a hole in the pocket. One can own an apartment by paying 1/3rd of its cost hands down and owning the apartment. The investor makes a down payment of 1/3rd of the total property cost and the balance through loan.
